  • Overview

    Wellington is searching for an enthusiastic, resourceful team member with a passion for people to join the Human Resources team! This individual will be responsible for driving all aspects of the Talent Acquisition lifecycle, managing the company Wellness Program, and providing support in multiple facets related to Human Resources within the organization.


    • Responsible for the Talent Acquisition lifecycle, to include development of job posting and interview materials, evaluation of candidate qualifications, coordinate and conduct interviews with respective hiring manager, manage candidate selection in conjunction with hiring manager, create and extend job offers, administer background check and drug screening process, initiate and conduct new hire on-boarding. Assist with on-campus efforts, as necessary.
    • Represent the company in a professional manner, as well as build and maintain professional relationships as the primary liaison/first point of contact with candidates, staffing agencies, universities and other related vendors.
    • Generate and analyze various recruiting reports, as well as provide HR data analytics support for critical company and department metrics to meet strategic goals and objectives throughout the organization.
    • Manage the company Wellness Program, including management of the wellness vendor, on-site efforts, and overall communication of the program.
    • Manage various HR technologies and ensure accuracy of same. Recommend changes as appropriate. Trouble-shoot issues.
    • Assist HR Management with execution of mid-term and annual Performance Review and Merit Raise process.
    • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding Human Resources related matters; provide excellent customer service, demonstrate a sense of urgency and communicate accordingly.
    • Provide support in workers’ compensation, FMLA, ADA, and OSHA recordkeeping.
    • Maintain proper and compliant records involving various HR matters, such as personnel changes, FCRA reports, drug screens, applications, etc.
    • Maintain knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations to ensure compliance with current HR policies, procedures, and practices.
    • May assist with employee relations issues, and complete other special projects as necessary.


    • Minimum two years of relevant experience. Recruiting experience preferred.
    • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from accredited college or university, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development.
    • Extremely proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel.
