Wellington Insurance Group is looking to add an experienced Property Manager to manage the Company’s commercial facilities. This individual will be primarily responsible for general upkeep in order to maintain all Company facilities and Company vehicles in the best possible condition, as well as coordinate and manage all vendor relationships involved in property maintenance, betterments, security and catastrophic energy supply capabilities.
In order to be successful, this individual must have the ability to effectively manage their workload, and the workload of others, create and carry-out new processes, make decisions, solve problems quickly and effectively, communicate with Executive Management, and negotiate skillfully. Must possess strong flexibility and attention to detail.
Must possess the ability to assess damage and estimate cost of repair; knowledge of applicable local, state and federal laws; valid/active Driver’s License; knowledge in maintenance including, but not limited to, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling, painting, drywall, use of power tools; purchase and bidding; record keeping and organization skills. Requires ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects that frequently weigh up to 50 pounds and that may occasionally weigh in excess of 50 pounds. Requires repetitive movement of wrist, hands, fingers; requires standing and walking for long periods of time; reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, balancing, crouching, and crawling. Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and variable environments.
